Michel Foucault, in The Order of Things (1970) referred to spaces of knowledge as defined by various ‘foldings’. In other words, folded space resembles the brain and therefore prohibits from cutting it.
With these works I performed the unthinkable, by cutting the surface and producing the rupture in knowledge. If memory can be understood as some sort of matter, then I created amnesia, or antimatter.
